Photographic evidence has emerged of some MEE staff at the 2015 Materials Science and Technology Conference.

The photo is of current members and alumni of the Emerging Professionals Committee (EPC) of ASM International.  Ryan and Dan are EPC alumni but enjoyed meeting old friends and  new committee members at the conference.

The EPC provides a way for early career professionals (up to five years post-graduation from a materials science or metallurgy degree program) to become involved with their professional society on a national level. The committee sponsors a technical symposium at the ASM annual meeting every fall.  Both Ryan and Dan have continued their involvement in ASM serving on and chairing other committees on the national and local level.
